Abstract Submission
The AAAP is no longer accepting abstract submissions. You will be notified of your submission status on March 17, 2024. Any changes you would like to make to your abstract must be submitted through our change request form. If you have any questions, please contact the AAAP business office at [email protected] or 904-425-5735.
Exhibitors and Sponsorship
We welcome and invite you to join us as either an exhibitor or a financial sponsor of the AAAP Annual Meeting. Tabletop Exhibits will be open Tuesday, July 9, through Thursday, July 11, and the fee to exhibit at the meeting is $1,000. Peterson III Visitors Center, The Blue Room, and Gem Theater.
